Welcome to the Thysanotus and Related Genera Study Group.
This Group was initially formed with the aim of studying the cultivation and propagation of Australian species in the genus Thysanotus, commonly known as ‘Fringe Lilies’, and related genera including, among others, Arthropodium, Dichopogon and Sowerbaea. These are all perennial herbs with ‘lily-like’ flowers in the family Asparagaceae.
