General Description:
Grevillea “Lady O” is one of a number of free-flowering hybrids that have been created over recent decades Peter Ollerenshaw of Bywong Nursery. Its parentage is G.victoriae and G.rhyolitica and produces prominent racemes of bright red flowers for most of the year, with a flush in late winter-spring. It grows to 1-2 metres in height by 2-2.5 metres wide and has a rounded open habit.
This cultivar is quick growing and may be pruned if it becomes untidy. A sunny, well drained position is preferable in the garden but it will tolerate light shade. Plants are tolerant of heavy frosts and the flowers attract birds and insects. Fertilisers containing phosphorus are best avoided.
