Ptilotus Study Group

CLOSED

This Group was initially formed with the aim of studying the cultivation and propagation of Ptilotus, a genus of over 100 species, all of which occur naturally in Australia with one (P.conicus) extending to Malesia. They are principally plants of drier regions.

The Group commenced in 1998 but closed in or about 2001. The first six newsletters published by the group are available to be downloaded.

Newsletters

The Study Group’s newsletters document reports on cultivation and propagation methods and provide references to additional resources on the genus.

It is not known if any newsletters were produced after Issue No. 6.
